He added that the Villa Victoria Dam was opened this Friday at 7:05 pm to allow water supply for Cutzamala. The transfer of the liquid between the dam and the system takes "about five hours, plus two hours of filling the internal tanks, at least it will take us seven hours," he said.
"Considering to be able to open the key at eight o'clock in the morning (Saturday), we must already start bringing and moving water here and that is why we decided to open the Villa Dam. Victoria, "he added.
