Televisa has obtained the renewal of the concessions of the open television signals of Canal de las Estrellas 2, Canal 5, Canal 9, Foro TV and several local channels for a period of up to 20 years, for which it will continue to provide information , entertainment and free sports

The company said the Federal Telecommunications Institute (FTI) had decided to extend all the concessions of the company for the period specified in Article 75 of the law on the matter.

According to the Federal Law on Telecommunications and Broadcasting, Article 75, "concessions for the use, exploitation and exploitation of frequency bands of radio spectrum for specified use, as well as for And the exploitation of orbital resources, will be granted by the Institute for a fixed term.
