The CDMX Public Security Secretariat set up a search operation on Monday morning to locate Víctor Hugo Ávila or Víctor Hugo Ramírez, "El Huguito", involved in the 14 September shooting in Plaza Garibaldi.
Since then, the elements have been used in various patrols in settlements such as Morelos, Guerrero, Tepito and Centro, and checks are being made to locate weapons and drugs.
Monday's mobilization took place on Paraguay's street number 62, almost at the junction with Brazil, in the historic center.
Three people were arrested.
