Carlos Salinas de Gortari, President of Mexico from 1988 to 1994, was launched during his six-year term, followed by different historical phrases.
Here are a few.
1 "I do not see them, I do not hear them".
In his last government report, in 1994, Salinas used this term to refer to a protest by members of the PRD in the Chamber of Deputies.
2 "Do not become bullets."
Referring to rumors that the president (then head of the PRI) would "played" the dual candidate with the official postulate Luis Donaldo Colosio, but another candidate for the presidency, Manuel Camacho Solis, without any government position, this who opened the door to substitute for Colosio if necessary.
