What is the proposal?

With that, the penalties for this crime would be increased from 8 to 10 years in prison if the violence were committed against children from 0 to 5 years old or unable to do so; and six to eight years if the victim is between 6 and 11 years old. In addition, if there is any right to the victim – such as parental authority, guardianship, custody or adoption – it will be removed from the perpetrator.
