Approves Inai Declaration Forms 3of3

The National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (Inai) approved the formats of presentation of the so-called 3de3 declaration, which owes it will endorse the National Anti-Corruption System (SCN) Committee for Citizen Participation (CPC) at its next session in July, which will be for all civil servants.

During its session yesterday, Inai gave the green light and added reagents to the formats prepared by the CPC.

] Commissioners agreed that, when presented to the SNA Coordinating Committee, Inai's President, Francisco Javier Acuña Llamas, should request that these forms be mandatory for incoming and outgoing officials.

Commissioner Joel Salas stated that the CPC sent the forms containing 555 items that should be completed in the asset and interest declarations.

However, the Inai felt that they should have involved, so it increased by 321 questions.
