A few hours after Hurricane Willa in this municipality of the state of Sinaloa, the growth of the Baluarte River, from one side to the other, drew the attention of the inhabitants and put the authorities on alert.
Red Cross staff and residents interviewed in Malecn, Juan S. Milln, have calculated that the growth at depth exceeds five meters, subject to the official report that will be published later by the authorities.
Elements of relief agencies have indicated that residents of Matatn and Cacalotn are asking for help. However, access is difficult as it is a mountain range. The way to get there is analyzed.
