The 9 evaluated financial institutions occupy 54% of the market, with a credit balance of 246 billion 273 million pesos, according to the Committee on Banks and National Securities (CNBV) at the end of the first half of 2018.

The Condusef explained that the transparency monitoring process consists in verifying that the documents and information used by the financial institutions with the users, before the award of the contract and during the loan period, comply with the regulations in force.
