Next year's budget will include some of the campaign promises of Andrés Manuel López Obrador the virtual elected president announced Tuesday after a meeting at Palacio Nacional with the president Enrique Peña Nieto.

In particular, López Obrador spoke about the increase of the pension for the elderly, the economic support to young people for their studies and their entry into the labor market.

There will also be a reduction in the salaries of senior officials, starting with the president, who will win, he says, less than half and without compensation of what Peña Nieto currently receives.

The next year's budget includes the proposals of López Obrador, which means that it will be developed in collaboration with the team Peña Nieto and the team will # 39; AMLO.

To this end, the virtual elected president announced that his team would be directed in economic matters by Carlos Urzúa, his proposal of secretary to the Treasury, and Alfonso Romo, proposed to be head of the office of the presidency.

On the side of Peña Nieto, the budget team should be headed by the current Secretary of the Treasury, José Antonio González Anaya.

The 2018 budget is expected to be delivered next September, to be debated and approved by the new Congress, elected on July 1, where the Morena alliance with the Labor Party (PT) and the Social Encuentro ( PSE) will have an absolute majority.

At the press conference, López Obrador also stated that he was in agreement that in the renegotiation of NAFTA, his team will work jointly with Peña Nieto
