In an interview with Complex, Chancelor musician Jonathan Bennett, better known as Chance the Rapper, says he collaborates with Kanye West for a new project. But not only that, but he is preparing another collaboration with Childish Gambino.
"I am actively working on a project with Childish. I will also do seven titles with Ye" Chance said. "[With Childish Gambino ] We have six songs which are very good, I think the album will have more than 14 songs", he pursued. According to Pitchfork, Chance the Rapper would start working with West next July
Working with Chance the Rapper and Donald Glover (Childish Gambino) is not new. Recently, Chance invited Gambino to perform his song This Is America during an event in Chicago. Chance also participated in the sixth Gambino mixtape, Royalty; Similarly, Chance the Rapper opened for Glover for his first concert in North America.
Speaking of these upcoming works, the creator of Acid Rap said: "What's cool at Ye, c & c. Is that he did me the same way multitasking and working on several different things. Kanye is my favorite rapper that I did not not known personally for a long time, and Donald Glover was the first to say "Come take a ride with me."
According to Variety, Chance the Rapper had already expressed interest in collaborating with Kanye West, both of Chicago. " The Child in Me Appeals for Kanye's Approval", Chance said in an interview for The Guardian in 2015.
It must be remembered that this year was very productive for Kanye West because not only will he be working on this new project, m he has already released his new solo album, and ; a joint work with Kid Cudi under the name Kids See Ghost ; and produced new albums for artists such as Nas Pusha-T and Teyana Taylor .
