Cristiano Ronaldo allegedly received an offer from Juventus

Cristiano Ronaldo reportedly received an offer to leave Real Madrid and join Italy's Juventus champions, according to a source close to the player who told Reuters about it.

Ronaldo, who in 2008 went from Manchester United to Real Madrid for a record then 80 million pounds, is the top scorer in the history of the Spanish club with 451 goals in all competitions and won with the white team two league titles and four of the Champions League.

However, despite the abundance of trophies, the player, recognized five times as the best in the world, has had many disagreements with Real Madrid and has repeatedly expressed his desire to leave the club.

Moments after winning a third consecutive Champions League trophy by beating Liverpool 3-1 in the finals on May 26, Ronaldo seemed to suggest that he had already decided to leave Madrid, telling a television reporter from the field of the Kiev Olympic Stadium: " It was nice to play for Real Madrid."

Ronaldo, 33, seems to have recounted the statement during the Real Madrid celebrations in the Spanish capital the next day, when he told a crowd of supporters: " See you next season ] ".

Last June, an article in the Portuguese newspaper Record stated that he was dissatisfied with the club.

He also caused a stir in 2012 when he said in a post-game interview against Granada: "I'm sad and the club knows why."

The Spanish newspaper Marca suggested Wednesday that Ronaldo was not happy at Real Madrid because he was looking for a successor. President Florentino Pérez has publicly courted Neymar, the Paris St Germain striker, urging the Brazilian to come to Madrid last year if he wanted to win the prestigious Golden Ball award.
