CITY OF MEXICO.- For the third time, Juárez Hospital in Mexico practiced a kidney transplant with living donors without any family relationship, which benefited two young patients suffering from 39, chronic renal failure.
In the case, Ssa informed, both recipients had their donor but they were not compatible, so studies were done to exchange donors.
The procedure, which lasted 6 hours, was led by Dr. Andrés Bazán Borges, Chief Surgeon of the Transplant Program, where 32 transplant surgeons participated
The four patients should be released in the coming days.
