Puebla.- According to district counts of the election of the governor who ended Friday evening, the PAN candidate, Martha Erika Alonso, would have secured the victory with 1 million 152 thousand 125 votes although official data will be announced until Sunday, July 8, when the majority record will also be delivered.

Alonso obtained 38.05% of the total votes 4.12 points higher than Morena's candidate, Miguel Barbosa Huerta, who reached 1 million 27 thousand 333 votes ; therefore, the difference was just over 124,000 votes.

According to the counting of votes, the vote would have been historic, since the PAN and Morena's candidate both exceeded one million votes.
In advance, Barbosa announced that he would not accept these results assuring that there was electoral fraud that began violently on the day of the elections and later with the manipulation of minutes, so it will go to federal agencies to try to invalidate the results that the National Electoral Institute (IEE) will make official.

However, the Morenoist canceled the march that he had called Sunday to protest against this fact.

On the other hand, Damien Zepeda National President of the PAN once concluded the District Counts in Puebla, urged the other parties to acknowledge their defeat ]

"An appeal is made to other political forces to recognize the results.Electoral authorities did the job of examining the citizens' vote and today the result is confirmed", said the Blue and Whites.

The PAN leader pointed out that, with the triumph of Alonso, PAN will govern 12 entities making it the main opposition force in the country.

"The PAN will continue to work to demonstrate, through good governments, that we are a democratic and humanistic alternative for the future of Mexico," Zepeda said.
