Moreover, he admitted that the last consultation to know the fate of NAIM was not in accordance with the legislation in force and indicated that the Federal Congress of the Popular Consultation will work from the Congress of the Union, so that each year, the First Sunday of July, citizenship by voting can participate in the decisions of the country, these surveys will be organized by the electoral authority.
"This could not be done because the law we have now is restrictive, but the decision of the airport had to be made already for the Budget 2019 Expenditures. This is the last consultation that was done with these features. All consultations that will take place from now on will have to be attached to the law. That is why we hope that this initiative will be approved and that it will be the permanent instrument of consultation, "said Delgado Carrillo.
