Facebook said Monday that more than 800,000 users may have been affected by an error that has unlocked the people they had blocked.
Social network said that the error was active between May 29 and June 5.
While the person unblocked by this error could not see the content that users shared with their friends, they could have seen things that were being released to a wider audience. Facebook says that they have solved the problem.
This is the second software error in less than a month that the company is reporting to its users. In June, Facebook revealed that another software error had caused some users to publish information regardless of their previous configuration.
The error affected at least 14 million users in May for several days.
