Mexico City – Brother of Roberto de los Santos de Jesús, " El Bukanas ", was changed to be detained by elements of the Federal Police (PF), to try to avoid being identified by the authorities.
A report from the corporation indicates that the individual has identified himself as Emmanuel de los Santos Rodríguez, and not with his real name, which is Saúl de los Santos de Jesús.
This individual, nicknamed " El Fósil ", was captured during an operation conducted by elements of the gendarmerie, intelligence and regional security of the PF, in a building located in the Sierra de Agua de Acultzingo, Veracruz.
"El Fósil" is considered one of the main operators of the organization called " Sangre Nueva Zeta ", which is led by "El Bukanas" and has a presence in the states of Veracruz and Puebla mainly.
According to the report, "El Fósil" was born on May 2, 1987, at the age of 31 and comes from that municipality in the city center where he was arrested, the same territory where he exploited his illegal activities.
It is related to high-impact crimes such as kidnapping, extortion, theft and illicit marketing of oil, theft of railways and theft of carriers.
He was arrested in the company of three individuals, one of whom has an entry at Federal Prison Number 4, Nayarit, for the crime of carrying a firearm exclusively for the use of the # 39; army.
The PF, in coordination with elements of the Anti-Acquisition Prosecutor's Office in Puebla, provided "El Fósil" and his accomplices: 1 AK-47 rifle, 1 magazine, 24 useful cartridges and 1 armored Jeep vehicle in black.
The authorities presume the participation of this subject in the deprivation of liberty of three elements of the Special Prosecutor's Office in the abduction of Puebla, occurred on March 9, 2017, in the municipality of Atzitzintla, Puebla, whose bodies were found in Veracruz.
His intervention in the aggression that took place on July 21, 2017 against elements of the Secretary of the Navy in the city of Telpatlán, Vicente Guerrero municipality, Puebla, also made the object of 39, an investigation that left three dead and three wounded.
