CANCON, Q. Roo.- The Chief of the Secretary of State for State Security, Alberto Capella, made his first statementsafter the altercation that took place Monday morning at the Secretariat of Public Security and Traffic of Benito Juárez, where Jesús Pérez Abarca was expelled from the dependence by the police.
