GUADALAJARA.-The parties Movimiento Ciudadano and Morena moved the Institutional Revolutionary and National Action in the political map of Jalisco. This is shown at the end of the preliminary results program after calculating 79 percent of the boxes.
In this way, the MC stays with the government and, in the framework of the coalition "Por Jalisco al Frente" in union with the PAN and the PRD, his formula remains with the representation of Jalisco in the Senate and leaves it a plurinominal position at Morena. In addition, he wins in 18 of the 20 contested federal districts, while the coalition "Together we make history" leads two.
MC owns eight of the nine municipalities in the metropolitan area of Guadalajara and, in total, is preparing to keep 24 town councils alone and 45 of those who disputed in coalition with the blue and white parties of the Aztec sun.
Regarding the local Congress, he will have a majority with at least 15 seats, while Morena will have 8 deputies. Obeying the plurinominal criterion, the PRI, PAN and the Green Ecologist Party of Mexico (PVEM) will have twelve legislators among the three, although none of their candidates will win.
Emphasizes the case of the PRD, which is about to miss registration. However, he will have an assistant thanks to the distribution of coalition quotas.
On the other hand, the vote count could be carried out in five districts: 11 and 14, covering Guadalajara, 6 in Zapopan, 5 in Puerto Vallarta and 3 in Tepatitlán. The same thing could happen in five municipal presidencies: Acatlán de Juárez Altar of Navarro, The Barca Tepatitlán and Tuxpan where there was a closed vote and a considerable number of invalid votes.
The PRI could keep 21 of the 125 municipalities of the state, while the PAN will have 13 town halls, while the PRD will chair two. The coalition "Together we will make history" will have seven municipal presidencies, the PVEM, five and Nueva Alianza, four.
There will also be two independent mayors: Daniel Carrión in Sayula and Villa Corona René Ruelas .
There are three parties at the edge of the abyss
After the July 1 elections, three political parties are on the verge of losing their registration in Jalisco and risk losing their prerogatives, although they can maintain official status at the national level.
In this scenario are the PRD, which reaches only 1.3 percent of the vote, the PT which maintained 1.8 percent and the New Alliance party with 2.4 percent.
As a general rule, political parties must obtain a minimum vote of 3.5% of the votes in order to gain access to the headquarters of the Congress of Jalisco and, with this, to a Treasury budget, no more official record to continue contention for the popular election positions.
