The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SRE) reported that Mexican embassies and consulates abroad do not have power to receive a vote during the Election Day of Sunday, July 1st.

According to the electoral provisions of the National Electoral Institute (INE), Mexican citizens who reside or are abroad will not be able to vote in the representations of Mexico to the Foreign Minister
