Net profit of AMO up 38.9% in 2Q18

The net profit of North Central Airport Group (OMA) increased by 38.9% per annum in the second quarter of 2018 compared to the same period of 2017, from 507 million to 704 million 662,000 pesos in the period from April to June of this year, encouraged by a greater reception of passengers due to the implementation of new routes of the companies airline.

In its report sent to the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV), OMA reports that its net profit increased from 30.3% to 124 million pesos, at the end of the second quarter of 2018 .

In addition, revenue, OMA recorded an increase of 14.3% to thousand 987.4 million pesos in the second quarter of 2018, from a thousand 739.35 million pesos.

During the second quarter, 10 new roads entered service, including nine national and one international.

OMA operates and operates 13 international airports in nine states of central and northern Mexico located in the cities of Monterrey – the third largest metropolitan center in Mexico – Acapulco, Mazatlán and Zihuatanejo.

Also manages the NH Collection Hotel inside Terminal 2 of Mexico City Airport and the hotel Hilton Garden Inn at Monterrey airport.
