After making known the wide advantage that Morena's candidate for the presidency of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, were diverse leaders of other countries who congratulated Tabasco for its virtual triumph.
However, one of the most awaited congratulations was Nicolás Maduro, President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela because of the relationships that many Mexican citizens established between their form of government and their behavior and some of López Obrador's proposals.
Given the virtual triumph of Moreno, the Venezuelan leader expressed his congratulations to López Obrador on his official Twitter account and assured that " the truth triumphs lies and the hope of the homeland is renewed Great ".
He also indicated that "the broad avenues of sovereignty and friendship of our peoples should be open".
