CITY OF MEXICO.- The National Electoral Institute (INE) announced that there was no indication on the rebas of Cape of ] campaign expenditure by one of candidates who participated in the presidential contest.
The counselor Ciro Murayama chairman of the monitoring committee, indicated that, nevertheless, they continue the process of revision of the data reported by the candidates to compare them with the Electoral authority and make way for the Electoral Court of the Federal Judicial Branch (TEPJF) to meet the qualification.
"We have to contrast what they (the candidates) say with what we have, as far as I've detected, we're not in this situation (beyond the limits of expenses), in the case of the Presidency of the Republic, but we will wait until the audit is finished to say it precisely, "he said.
After the deadline for candidates to submit their income and expense reports, Murayama said that of the 17,687 who participated in the search for an elected office, 17,339 fulfilled in time and form with this requirement, representing an advance of 98.03 percent.
He explained that out of the 348 candidates who did not submit their reports, two are candidates for a federal deputation and the remaining 346 are candidates for a local election position.
The electoral adviser noted that this Wednesday the deadline for the parties to deliver the expense reports for polling day, while on July 10 the electoral authority will give them the errors and omissions on the reports of campaigns, so that they can correct them, and it will be August 6, when the verification process will be completed.
