Nuevo León reports 514 cases of dengue fever [Estados] – 11/10/2018

Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.- In 2018, 514 cases of dengue fever were reported in Nuevo León, including 300 classic cases and 214 hemorrhagic cases, for which state health authorities have taken measures to prevent this disease.

The head of the Ministry of Health of Nuevo Leon, Manuel de la Cavazos, conducted a fumigation campaign in the district of Dos Rios in Guadeloupe.

Anti-larval and fumigation campaigns are also used to prevent cases of Zika and Chikungunya.

The manager traveled the streets of the colony and explained to the neighbors the measures to be taken to prevent the proliferation of the transmitting mosquito.
