The motorcyclist was riding on the ring device, and not realizing that the disc had no bonnet, the front tire fell into the hole nearly half a meter long, causing it to spread a little more than five meters.

At the time of the fall, he was knocked down by a bus bound for Cuernavaca that was circulating around the square. Witnesses went immediately to provide first aid, however, despite wearing the helmet, the 25-year-old died as a result of the beatings he suffered.

The body was removed from the place and transferred to the Institute of Forensic Sciences, where parents identified him as Edgar and commented that he was using the motorcycle as a means transportation to and from school to work.

They also pointed out to the members of the CDMX Public Security Secretariat (SSP) that this register had already been reported, but the authorities ignored it.

The death of Edgar is the second linked to a record in poor condition so far this month, the first one has occurred in Iztapalapa.

According to El Universal, family members are seriously analyzing the possibility of filing a complaint against the telephone company responsible for maintaining the registry.
