PRI sources said the decision had to be ratified by the Superior Court of the Electoral Court of the Federal Judiciary, and in this regard, Felipe de Jesús said he was confident that the resolution would be maintained.

However, resolutions can still be challenged in the Superior Court of the Electoral Court of the Federal Judiciary.
