According to the report of Exclsior, the events occurred Monday at noon when the municipal police removed Prez Abarca from the premises of the Secretariat, then took them away.
About 200 agents protested against the lack of equipment and indicated that the owner entrusted public security tasks to transit personnel, and even entrusted them with investigations of detainees or their relatives, without prior training.
