A carbonated water could be beneficial to weight loss.

The mineral water we all know and love is nothing more than a simple water injected carbon dioxide under pressure. To add this mineral flavor, salts are added. It can also be naturally extracted from aquifers or other groundwater sources. We're fine, do not you think? The mineral water will hydrate you as much as the simple, with in addition a mineral flavor and bubbles if you are part of those who have a hard time tolerating the lack of flavor.

Now, to refute the rumors: if the mineral water is only water with carbonated bubbles and a little salt, does it decalcify the bones and teeth? The answer is not really. Studies show that it is 100 times less erosive than other soft drinks, such as soft drinks and even cinchona water (one might think it is mineral water, but they add sugar and a lot of sodium). Indeed, these contain juices, aromas, caffeine and other corrosive acidic substances, "sugar free" or not.

Therefore, mineral water could not cause indigestion and heartburn. In addition, it has been used for a long time to treat these stomach ailments and has even been seen to help fight constipation. The latter is still poorly known, either by bubbles or minerals, or simply by the fact that it hydrates like water and that it is always recommended to 39; increase the fiber intake and hydrate to treat it.

It has also been found that carbonated water can be beneficial for weight loss and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. On the one hand, it promotes the feeling of fullness, which reduces the amount of food you consume. Moreover, in a study involving 18 women, it was observed that constant consumption decreases LDL cholesterol (the "bad") and glucose in the blood, while increasing HDL cholesterol (the "good" ).

In conclusion, is it bad to drink mineral water? Absolutely not! Conventional and tasteless mineral water has many health benefits.
