The mineral water we all know and love is nothing more than a simple water injected carbon dioxide under pressure. To add this mineral flavor, salts are added. It can also be naturally extracted from aquifers or other groundwater sources. We're fine, do not you think? The mineral water will hydrate you as much as the simple, with in addition a mineral flavor and bubbles if you are part of those who have a hard time tolerating the lack of flavor.
Now, to refute the rumors: if the mineral water is only water with carbonated bubbles and a little salt, does it decalcify the bones and teeth? The answer is not really.
