The new feature has to do with the playlists and one of the most popular complaints in the help forums because it is option to order the songs in these lists. That's right, an option that for many should be present in the most used music streaming service in the world was not, at least not on Android, because if you wanted to host the songs of One of your playlists, you had to necessarily desktop application to do it, something that even though it was not difficult, it made the process uncomfortable.
Well, the app is being updated to launch this desired feature in Android, although it does so in a staggered manner, so that at the moment not all users can do it.
How to edit the order of songs in a Spotify playlist?
The first thing to do to try this new feature on Android is to install the latest update of a 8.4.61.683 version, if you have not updated it and you can not see an update in the Play Store, so here is the APK with this version.
Now, once the update is installed, we must be among the users who already have this feature available on the server side. And if so, we will continue with these steps:
We access one of our playlists (you can not edit the playlist that we have not created).
Later, we selected the three vertical dots at the top right and selected the "Edit Playlist" option.
Here we can easily delete a song from the Playlist, or rearrange the order by dragging the song to the position where we want it to be.
