Grupo Televisa has announced its ban on content for 2019 to its investors, advertisers and advertising agencies, which includes several professional associations with some of its competitors.

According to Reporte Indigo, Televisa Studios president Patricio Wills has announced that the company's next goal will be multiplatform and cover genres ranging from science fiction to comedy and even adapted literature.

One of the key sectors of the company will be the alliances born from its streaming platform, Blim, with some of its major competitors in the market, such as Amazon Prime Video.

As an example, they cited Diablo Guardian and A series of strange enemies, published throughout 2018.

Also included are co-production projects with Sony, TNT and Endemol, including "Felizmente", "Jungla" and "Pueblo Chico".

The union between Netflix and Televisa, which will present Silvia Pinal's autobiographical series titled "The Last Dragon", written by Arturo Pérez-Reverte, has also been announced.

It should be noted that productions from Mexico, Spain, the States and Japan will participate in this project.
