The Dreamfields festival counts its millions in Jalisco

The assembly of the three scenes of the first edition of the Dreamfields festival began last week. Two of them will cross the ocean on a long trip from Holland Guadalajara.

This event has eight years of tradition in Holland and is ready to walk on Mexican lands, and at least already assured that it will take five years in Zapopan, Jalisco.

"The stages have started to rise since last Thursday, the landscape is as it is in Holland, we could even say that in Guadalajara, production is more important," said Barbara Viera, director of marketing.

On 17 and 18 November, the event will be held with a ton of electronic music and 15 national talents will open the festival's musical menu, which will last 11 hours a day.

Mainstage, Armada Music Stage and Xxlerator Stage will receive Alesso, Tiësto, Don Diablo, R3HAB, Ookay, Chaser, among more than 50 professional turntables.

The organizers expect an economic overflow of 500 million pesos and have announced an investment of 3.5 million euros (about 77 million pesos).

The promoters reported that 26,000 tickets had already been sold and that they were expecting 50,000 viewers.

Phase two is activated for a cost of one thousand 175 pesos for one day and two thousand 150 for two.
