MEXICO (APR) .- A group of former leaders of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) met with the current national leader, René Juárez, and asked him to remain at the head of the party to give him stability .
At the meeting, Humberto Roque Villanueva informed that they asked Juarez Cisneros to remain in office until August 2019.
On the other hand, through a statement, the National Executive Committee (CEN) PRI reported that participants agreed to emphasize that it is times of unity, cohesion, opinion and orderly reflection that do not hurt, that build and fortify the left.
At the meeting held at the party headquarters, CEN Secretary General Claudia Ruiz Massieu; the Secretary of the Organization, Rubén Moreira, and the former directors Dulce María Sauri Riancho, Beatriz Paredes Rangel, Cristina Diaz Salazar, Ignacio Pichardo Pagaza, Jorge de la Vega Dominguez, Adolfo Lugo Verduzco, Mariano Palacios Alcocer, Humberto Roque Villanueva, Caesar Camacho Quiroz and Manlio Fabio Beltrones Rivera
"It was an opportunity to express to our President, Rene Juarez, our solidarity, our support, our willingness to continue to exercise, but also, of course, to René's will and what can happen in a few days, "said Roque Villanueva at the end of the meeting.
