Three of the known cases, for which Jorge Alberto was accused, are those of two employees and one patient whose family was allegedly killed by the man.

The new hypothesis on his murder is that he would also have paid to return to the IMSS with a better position, apparently to the same seller as Laura Soto, for which he would also have been murdered for the same reason than the woman.

The patient to whom Jorge Alberto allegedly offered an organ was identified as Daniel Gregorio Romero, a retired Conagua who was suffering from diabetes and was on the lower rungs of the waiting list to receive a kidney.

In desperation, Daniel Gregorio's family contacted Jorge Alberto and a still unidentified doctor, who would have offered them a kidney transplant without even needing to be a beneficiary of the IMSS, in exchange of half a million pesos.

As for the employees, the nursing assistant did not respect the treatment. The patient's family quoted him at home and, although it is unclear how the events unfolded, it is known that five members of the hospital were murdered. the Romero family.

Later security cameras in the area have determined that the murderer of the five members, who spared the life of a two-year-old boy, would be the same Jorge Alberto, tired of it. insistence of the family with whom He broke the case.

The local press reported that the nurse has already been arrested and could be sentenced to a prison term of more than 300 years, if found guilty.
