This is what Comic-Con 2018 left us

Like every year, thousands of comic book and superhero fans go to San Diego in the mecca of geeks: Comic-Con, where in addition to the colorful and original costumes and the various panels on these subjects, the great (and little ones) Hollywood studios are taking advantage of the opportunity to show the progress of the new bands that are coming. This weekend, the offer could not disappoint. Among the liberated trailers, we saved them:

Glass

M. Night Shyamalan presented the trailer for Glass the last part of his trilogy of superhumans that began in 2000 with El Protegido, with Samuel L. Jackson and Bruce Willis [19659006] ] and continued in 2017 with Fragmentado with James McAvoy

In this last opus, we see the three characters confined to a psychiatric hospital, where they are analyzed by Dr. Ellie Staple (Sarah Paulson ), who specializes in treating these people who believe they are bad guys and superheroes. The premieres of the film in January 2019.

Aquaman

Direct from the deep sea, the first trailer of Aquaman, the hero of DC Comics who can communicate with marine animals, is arrived in San Diego, with J ason Momoa, Amber Heard and Nicole Kidman .

In this overview, we see the origin of Arthur / Aquaman, whose father was the guardian of a lighthouse and his mother, ruler of Atlantis Atlantic Kingdom; Mera, protector of this world, seeks the hero to claim the throne of Atlantis and avoid his half-brother Orm, provoking a war between the two worlds.

The film, directed by James Wan, author of The Spell's success, will be released in theaters in December of this year.

Fantastic Animals: The crimes of Grindelwald

Comic-Con this year could not miss the wizards, witches and wizards, so it was also published the trailer of Fantastic Animals: The Crimes of Grindewald

In this new opus based on JK Rowling's books, Newt Scamander returns, which we see in his early days as an inexperienced magician at Hogwarts who receives courses from the great Professor Dumbledore, this time played by Jude Law

Eddie Redmayne, who plays Scamander, says that this new version is darker but intertwined with the Harry Potter culture to which we are accustomed.

For this section, they come back. the same Redmayne, Katherine Waterston, Alison Sudol, Dan Fogler, Ezra Miller, Carmen Ejogo and Johnny Depp, who appeared at this year's convention characterized as the villain Gellert Grindelwald. In addition, Law includes Albus Dumbledore, Zoë Kravitz, Callum Turner, Claudia Kim and Jessica Williams.

The film will be released in November of this year.

Shazam!

Another of the well-received surprises within The Comic-Con was the premiere of the 1965 1965 film Shazam !, 19659005 based on the DC Comics character of the same name and tells how the young Billy Batson, after having a troubled childhood, is chosen by The Magician (Djimon Hounsou) to inherit his powers and thus become Shazam : a Hero who flies, has tremendous strength and is bullet-proof.

In a slightly more playful and less solemn proposal, the young Billy Batson is played by Asher Angel, while the superhero is played by Zachary Levy ( Tangled and Thor: Ragnarok ) both, in the company of a young friend, will face the years supervil and the difficulties and responsibilities of being a hero with such powers. He did not reveal his release date.
