Two factors are important in identifying this false news:
The user name that appears in the screenshot is @aeromexicom. However, the official account is @aeromexico (without the "m" at the end).
The publication date of the tweet does not appear in the screen capture. All tweets include the exact date and time of publication.
Belinda eliminated the publication a day after being a complaint.
On February 6, 2019, Panista Javier Lozano, fierce critic of President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, joined the publication of the claim of the singer to the airline without realizing that it was acting. from a false news.
