Now, Carlos Villagrán who gave life to Kiko, says goodbye to his character after 48 years of having interpreted it.

At age 74, Villagrán said that he should consider himself a dynamic Kiko, not like a decrepit Kiko.

According to a note from Milenio, the actor said that there were plans to join the Chavo members who are still alive: Edgar Vivar, Maria Antonieta de las Nieves, Florinda Meza and him, but said with laughter that: "Of course, we tried to join, I think Doña Florinda does not want to join the scum."
