A powerful 6.1-magnitude earthquake rocked El Salvador this Sunday.
The telluric movement occurred 24 kilometers below the surface of the Pacific Ocean, reported the United States Geological Survey. The epicenter was located 93.4 kilometers southwest of the coastal town of Acajutla.
There are no reports of casualties or damage.
