A young man, aged 22, was knocked down after slipping with his heels while he was crossing, incorrectly, a street talking on a cell phone. The dramatic episode took place on June 16, in the city of Nogales, in the state of Sonora, northwestern Mexico according to local media reports.

The woman was crossing a three-lane avenue, called Plutarco Elías Calles when was attacked by a moving car . After the impact, was assisted by rescuers from the Red Cross and then transferred to the Medical Center .
The girl was hospitalized with one of her knees and in the right elbow, as well as several bruises all over her body. Local authorities said the woman had crossed a place that was about 50 meters from a pedestrian crossing.
