Which companies have the most satisfied workers in Mexico?

According to a study conducted by Love Mondays, Ford is the company that has most pleased its workers with regards to their quality of life. American society has factories in Cuautitlán, State of Mexico; Hermosillo, Sonora; and Chihuahua, Chihuahua.

The order by which they obtained this position is by the number of assessments during the last year for each company, where only those who had more than fifty journals were considered, in addition the companies scored nearly five points as the best rating.

In the top five of these companies stand out the Ford automobile with 4.1 points (59 ratings), followed by General Electric with 3.95 (66 ratings), behind DHL with 3.88 (71 ratings), Cotsco with 3.87 (63 ratings), and Mexican society Softtek with 3.84 (80 ratings).

In the lower part of the list is IBM with 3.78 (100 ratings), the AT & T phone with 3.77 (173 ratings), Nestle with 3.76 (77 ratings ), and finally the Mexican companies Compartamos Banco with 3.68 (68 ratings), and the bread manufacturer Bimbo with 3.65 (137 ratings).

Of the three Mexican firms, their best assessment coincides with the views of their workers regarding the culture of the company. Other elements to consider are pay and benefits, as well as career opportunities.
