In February, MGM launched a streaming service for its Epix premium channel called Epix Now for iOS and Android users. The service is now available on Roku and Amazon Fire TV.

Epix Now offers users a wide range of programming for subscribers at $ 5.99 per month. Programs that include movies like J.J. Abrams & # 39; Star TrekAlex Garland Annihilation, and Denis Villeneuve Arrival; original content such as Berlin Station and Deep state; and more to come, including a Batman prequel series called Pennyworth and an adaptation of Slate's podcast Slow combustion.

Last year, MGM began selling Epix subscriptions via the Roku channel alongside channels such as Showtime and Starz, similar to Amazon's Prime Video channels. Apple also confirmed that Epix would be one of its Apple TV premium channels when it was launched in May, so users could stream the content of this channel directly from the Apple TV app .

I registered for Epix Now when it was launched last month and I was generally impressed by its catalog and I slowly worked on Berlin Station. Now, I will no longer have to watch on my iPad.
