The Dolphins make the former top-cornered half-corner of Xavien Howard, the former second-round player, the NFL
The reconstruction of the Miami Dolphins helped secure a key element of their franchise, in agreement with cornerback Xavien Howard for a record-breaking 5-year deal, worth $ 76.5 million, according to a source of the league.
