Michael Cohen intends to address his credibility issues during his highly anticipated testimony before lawmakers.
The former Trump Organization lawyer pleaded guilty to lying in previous Congressional testimony before signing a cooperation agreement with the investigators. NBC News national security correspondent Ken Dilanian told MSNBC's "Morning Joe" that Cohen planned to tackle these issues.

Cohen's plea agreement details the president's lies about his relations with Russia during the 2016 campaign, but he is not allowed to deal with these issues in Congress because the investigation by the special lawyer Robert Mueller is still pending.
