Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch is now available for $ 31 million.
At the time of its creation in 2015, the site had $ 100 million. It then dropped to $ 67 million.
Now called Sycamore Valley Ranch, the property of nearly 2,700 acres is located about five miles north of Los Olivos.
The main house, where Jackson lived, is approximately 12,600 square feet and includes six bedrooms.
According to the list of properties, the property also includes landscaped gardens, a four-hectare lake with a waterfall, a pool, a pool house, a tennis court, three guest houses, several barns and a cinema of 5 500 square feet.
The property is at the center of a documentary aired by HBO this Sunday and staging two men who claim that Jackson assaulted them while they were kids.
Jackson's family has criticized "Quit Neverland," claiming that it spreads lies about someone who is not alive to defend himself.
Jackson was acquitted of molestation charges in 2005.
This June will mark the 10th anniversary of Jackson's death.
