The big basketball weekend in the state of Michigan has become a little bigger.

Julius Marble, a 6-foot-8, 225-pound striker at the Dallas Jesuit High School, announced on Twitter Sunday afternoon that he was pledging to play at the MSU, joining the Spartans' 2019 promotion.

Recruitment 3 stars according to 247Sports Composite, it is the number 24 of Texas for this cycle of recruitment. He was seen at the Breslin Center on Saturday night as MSU beat Michigan for a share of the Big Ten regular season title and No. 1 seed at the Big Ten tournament.

Marble has been seen with the only player so far signed under MSU for the 2019 class 4 striker / guardian, Malik Hall.

Former Detroit star Old Redford, Rocket Watts, who has just completed his high school career at Cleveland SPIRE, is expected to sign with MSU on April 17 in Detroit.

According to 247Sports, Marble had Oklahoma State and Illinois in the fight for his services.
