Microsoft has started posting notifications in the Action Center asking insiders to schedule a call with Windows 10 developers to provide feedback on the experience of the taskbar.

As part of the Windows Insider program, when Microsoft looks for information about a particular feature, it sometimes displays notifications asking Windows Insiders to call and talk to a developer who is working on this feature.

When using the latest version of Windows 10 Insider from 18885, a notification was posted: "Talk to a team of Microsoft Live Engineers about your experience in the taskbar. Go to https://aka.ms/taskbar ".

If you navigate to https://aka.ms/taskbar, you will be directed to a Microsoft search page that will ask you to schedule a call with the Microsoft engineering team to discuss the experience of the taskbar.

"Your feedback is important to us As we develop new software and services, it's critical that we get feedback from customers who use our products.

What you hear early in the development cycle helps us modify our products and test them before they are released.

Early Customer Interactions Ensure We Achieve Goals with Features The time you spend with us today can improve our products for users around the world. "

Microsoft is currently hosting calls on 01/05/2019 between 14:15 and 16:00 PST and on 22/05/2019 between 9:30 and 11:30 PST. The page further states that calls will not be recorded or saved and that each call should last approximately 5 to 10 minutes, but may last longer if necessary.

"Each call is supposed to last 5 to 10 minutes, but may be longer if there are other items to discuss, we do not record or record the contents of this call."

This is not the first time that Microsoft uses notifications like this to request information from Windows 10 users. In March, users were invited to call on the ALT + TAB feature and in February on the Windows Update feature.
