The company says that the focus is on its own platforms

Microsoft does not intend to launch other exclusive Xbox games on other consoles.
This comes after the firm announced, via Nintendo, that it publish Ori and the definitive edition of Blind Forest on Nintendo Switch. The game was previously exclusive to the Xbox One and the PC.
Nintendo and Xbox have collaborated in the last 12 months, including the introduction of Microsoft's Banjo-Kazooie in Nintendo's Super Smash Bros Ultimate. Nintendo also called "our friends from Microsoft" for supporting the release of Cuphead on Switch (although Microsoft has said it GamesIndustry.biz Cuphead has never been an exclusive property of the Xbox IP and belongs to the developer Studio MDHR).

The Xbox however plans to make its IP address available through other devices, through the company's streaming service, xCloud. At the same time, the company has several projects under development for PC and has developed a version specific to its computer for its Game Pass subscription service.
Microsoft also supports Minecraft on all platforms.
