This policy manages storage operations to improve system performance. When this policy is in effect, Windows can cache write operations on the external device. The Safely Remove Hardware process protects the integrity of data on the device by ensuring that all cache operations complete.
With Quick removal By default, you will lose cached disk operations functionality, which means that the drive will always be ready to be ejected.
