A number of previous versions of Windows 10 Insider from the 20H1 branch have introduced a new "download in the cloud" option in the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) under Reset this PC. Despite the presence of this feature in these versions, Microsoft has not yet released a functional version. This changes in the last flight.
Build 18970 allows users to download Windows over a broadband Internet connection when resetting a PC. The option reinstalls the same version, version, and edition that is currently on your device.

To use it, just go to Settings> Update and Security> Recoveryand click Start under Reset this PC and thereafter. You can see the process in GIF below. This will remove all applications that you currently have installed.
There is a known problem to know, namely:
The download option in the cloud does not currently work when specific optional features are installed. The process will begin, but an error will occur and cancel the changes. To work around this problem, remove the optional features before trying the download option in the cloud. We will inform you once the problem has been solved. The optional features are: EMS and SAC Toolset for Windows 10, Infrared IrDA, Print Management Console, RAS Connection Manager Administration Kit (CMAK), RIP Listener, all RSAT tools, Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP), Windows Fax and Scan, Windows Storage Management, Wireless Display, SNMP WMI Provider.
In addition, this release offers a new tablet experience for 2-in-1 convertible PCs.
This gives users the familiar desktop experience but with the following touch enhancements:
- Increased spacing between the icons in the taskbar.
- The search area of the taskbar is reduced to an icon.
- The file explorer switches to touch the optimized layout.
- Tap the keyboard to invoke automatically when you tap text fields.
Other changes, enhancements, and general fixes to this release include:
- Fixed a DWM memory leak that affected the previous two flights.
- Fixed a problem causing some WSL distributions to load (problem # 4371).
- Fixed a problem affecting a small number of insiders, involving a lsass.exe crash and giving rise to a message saying "Windows has encountered a problem and needs to be restarted".
- Fixed a problem causing WIN + (dot) to close if you were trying to search for an emoji while the focus was set to a text field in an Electron application.
- Fixed two issues that could cause settings to hang when interacting with the search page options.
- Some work has been done to improve the launch performance of parameters when the header parameters are visible.
- Fixed a bug causing a bug check with BTHport.sys by some insiders during recent flights.
- It is important to periodically back up your data. From the latest versions of Insider, Windows Home and Pro users with no initial backup solution now have a friendly reminder to configure a backup option provided with Windows. If you prefer to disable this option, you can also do this in the notification.
- Work on addressing reactions on acrylic on some surfaces not appearing immediately. In this release, the Start menu, the volume pull-down menu, the network, the calendar and calendar, and the notification toasts are set.
- Some bugfixes and improvements in readability of the magnifying glass.
- Improved magnifier performance when moving the mouse on the screen.
- Fixed an issue where Control + Alt + L would not put the magnifying glass in lens mode.
- Microsoft has fixed several bugs related to the new text cursor indicator. The text cursor indicator now appears and disappears more reliably. He also solved the following problem: The preview of the text cursor indicator in the settings does not change in size when the text scaling is enabled.

- Problem solved: The narrator did not always say the group name of a radio button on the web pages.
- Fixed a problem due to which Narrator and Excel did not speak to the column header when transitioning between cells in an array.
- Issue resolved: The narrator spoke only "element" when browsing table cells in an Outlook email instead of reading the contents of the entire cell.
- Narrator will now read the web pages at the top of the page and not at the main cue point with a fold to find a paragraph.
- Narrator now supports the aria-haspopup property.
- Improved performance and stability of Outlook when reading e-mail messages in Outlook.
- Improved narrator reliability
- You have changed the learning of the narrator's entries. So you only have to press Narrator + 1 once to disable the input learning.
- Fixed a problem when a user accessed a Web page in Edge, Narrator read only the URL field and not the Web page.
- Fixed a problem when a user was responding to an email in Outlook, Narrator was automatically reading the message while he was trying to type.
The known issues are:
- There was a problem with old versions of the anti-cheat software used with games: after updating to the latest versions of 19H1 Insider Preview, PCs could crash. To minimize the chances of experiencing this problem, please make sure that you are using the latest version of your games before attempting to update the operating system.
- Some Realtek SD card readers do not work properly.
- Microsoft is working on a fix for a problem that causes buttons to shrink, zoom, and close the title bar that do not work for some applications. If you are using an impacted application, Alt + F4 should work as expected to close the application if necessary.
- The text on the device pages in the "Bluetooth and other devices" and "Printers and scanners" settings does not display correctly.
- The search does not work for insiders using certain display languages, including Polish. If this affects you, changing your display language to English and then returning to your preferred display language should solve the problem.
