Mike Richards Day Two era of the flop, also known as his short Danger! host, airing as scheduled on September 14, with returning champion Matt Amodio showing off his new TMZ chops to claim a decisive 19th victory. While Danger! has yet to acknowledge Richards’ trash can fire during an on-air show departure, Icarus himself addressed viewers with brief remarks during Tuesday’s episode , using verbiage that was likely meant to appease the strongly held (and not exactly incorrect) belief that he’s a fucking celebrity titular who made his way into the gig. “You know, the power of this show has always been drawn from the contestants,” Richards said at the start of the episode. “And my commitment to Danger! fans around the world is to continue to make this stage a place where our competitors can shine with their greatest brilliance. The rest of the episode, broadcast from the newly-dubbed Alex Trebek stage, buzzed as usual in neutral blue.
