Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is out of jail and lives – as he usually says – live his best life.
Sorrentino, 38, has found his wife, Lauren Sorrentino, with visions of the Funfetti cake (a favorite treat) dancing in his eyes.
The Twitter account of the "Jersey Shore" has retweeted celebratory messages from her fans after her release from federal prison Thursday morning in Otisville, New York State.
Sorrentino was jailed in January after being sentenced in October to eight months in prison for tax evasion. His mantra: "The return is always bigger than the reverse."
The comrades of the Sorrentino group visited him during his sentence, but the MTV "Jersey Shore Family Vacation" series of cameras were not allowed inside the prison.

Sorrentino's brother, Marc, 40, sentenced to two years in federal prison, will still be in Fairton federal prison for one year.
