Miley Cyrus made a surprise appearance at the Beale Street Music Festival in Memphis today (May 4), working with Marc Cohn for a performance of his 1991 hit "Walking in Memphis".
In addition to the duo with Cohn, the native of Tennessee has interpreted "Nothing breaks like a heart", "We can not stop" and "The party in the United States". The latter also made an appearance today in Instagram Stories of her husband Liam Hemsworth, the actor enthusiastically singing the chorus. Cyrus also seemed to be referring to "Party In The U.S.A." in his Instagram Instagram, saying, "I hate it, but for some reason, people love it" before Hemsworth starts singing the song again.
The performance at the festival was held in partnership with Facebook as part of their new "Plus ensemble" campaign.
